Request for Proposal Video Documentary Oxfam employs more than six thousand people in 98 countries who share a commitment to work together to end poverty and suffering. It is committed to ensure diversity and gender equality within the organisation and welcomes applications from women and under-represented groups. The organization has been working in Bangladesh since the War of Independence and has established a permanent country office in 1972. Since then it has responded to all major emergencies in the country. Oxfam follows an integrated approach of humanitarian, development and policy work while the last one utilises high-impact and world class policy research, lobby/advocacy, media and communication, popular mobilization and alliance works. Oxfam is implementing “Strengthening NSAs to claim rights and services for extreme marginalized and socially excluded communities of Bangladesh” since September 2010. The project has decided  to prepare two documentaries for the broad dissemination of project success and project model for replication purpose, influencing policymaking process and proper field level implementation.  Therefore OXFAM is inviting proposals from interested individuals/organizations of developing video documentaries. Please refer detailed TOR (click here) for this assignment. The individual/consulting organization must submit the following: Technical proposal (not more than 3/4 pages), which outlines understanding of the TOR, proposed methodology, action plan, time lines and  reporting outline. The Individual/consulting organization must attach CVs of key person involved or organizational profile of similar assignment. Detail financial proposal that outlines the fees and associated costs as well as the preferred payment methods/schedules. The individual/consulting organization must budget for all costs (including VAT & TAX) and provide budget notes.
