People’s Oriented Program Implementation (POPI), a progressive well reputed national NGO, is working in development and welfare field since 1986. Its organizational vision is to envisage a prudent nation free from hunger and poverty where every citizen leads a life with dignity and equity. Its prime development mission is to work with the people and for the people irrespective of religion, caste, belief, ethnicity, age and sex who are in many forms of marginalization and exclusion by addressing root causes of their marginalization exclusion, inhuman situation and exploitation for ensuring security and dignified living. Presently it has working relationship and development partnership with more than 20 diversified development partners and MFI agencies of International, Regional, National and Financial Institutions and is implementing around 45 projects and programs in 111 upazilas of 19 districts on Social Empowerment and Economic Empowerment. POPI is searching for a dynamic, conversant, skillful and well educated person with high level modern ICT skills and computer knowledge to fill up the following position: Name of the Position  : Director – Resource Mobilization Location of posting : Dhaka Salary : Negotiable.   Job Summary Reporting to the Executive Director, the prime responsibility of the Director-Resource Mobilization is to develop high quality project proposals on organization’s relevant aspects and represent POPI during submission or presentation of proposals to potential donors as and when  necessary. Also contribute in preparing annual/half yearly projects report. This is contractual position based in Dhaka. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Developing project proposals independently. Preparing concept note. Analyzing logical frame. Prepare annual/half yearly report on projects/organization for submission to the developments partners and relevant stakeholders. Review existing projects and conduct feasibility test before designing new projects. Maintain liaison with the collaborating agencies, government offices, research organizations, development partners etc.  Key Requirements: Master’s degree in relevant field from recognized university. Minimum 10 years of professional working experience in relevant field preferably in development agencies, INGOs. Thorough knowledge in developing project proposal independently. Clear knowledge in preparing concept note. Excellent in analyzing logical framework. Excellent report writing and presentation skill Good understanding of development sector and issues in the Bangladesh perspectives. Excellent written and oral skills in English and Bangla. Good skills in computer operation of commonly used computer software. High Network with relevant government, development partner agencies.
