• Job Responsibility:

  
  
  
  
  • Drive a collaborative and customer focused culture in pursuit of excellence in Project delivery
  
  
  • Apply commercial acumen in managing stakeholders and suppliers to deliver best value solutions
  
  
  • Ensure appropriate levels of communication with clients, project delivery colleagues, and external bodies
  
  
  • Create & develop work products such as program designs, systems, learning & reference aids,processes & policies using own and team subject matter expertise
  
  
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope on behalf of the program office
  
  
  • Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to multiple stakeholders
  
  
  • Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards
  
  
  • Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  
  
  • Minimizes exposure and risk on project
  
  
  • Ensure that the project produces the required products, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost
  
  
  • Ensure identification & development of required skill, both leadership and functional, within the organization to be able to successfully fulfill the transformation program initiatives
  
  

• Educational Qualification :

  
  
  
  
  
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business related areas)
  
  
  • MBA and professional qualification in project management will be an added advantage
  
  

• Job Requirements :

  • * Experience in related field minimum 6 year(s)

• Additional Requirements :

  Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably spanning multiple reputed MNCs/ large local companies and industries with proven expertise in functional areas
  
  
  Experience in managing projects - preferably large scale cross-functional projects

  * Ability to understand established policies and procedures and corporate tools; how to apply them to the project

  * Assures project legal documents are completed and signed
  Business Development:
  * Understand and know how to perform cost/benefit analyses; use sound rationale; ensure that all factors are included; maintain focus on budget; consult with client and mgmt if estimated final costs are close to or above budget
  
  
  Management Competencies:
  * Ability to produce clear status reports (clear writing and verbal skills), communicate tactfully and can-didly, simplify jargon, make stakeholders aware of all issues is an excellent listener
  * Ability to identify, analyze and prioritize issues external to the project and develop mitigation plans
