Grants Manager
Based in Dhaka + consolidated monthly salary Tk.114,526 - 127,251 + Two year contract
Reporting to the Director-Business Development, you will be responsible for achieving our target for grants from institutional and corporate donors.
As Grants Manager, you will be ensuring that grants opportunities are identified and responded with quality proposals. Your specific responsibilities, among other, includes facilitating Program Advisors in developing and packaging grants proposals in line with Country Strategic Plan (CSP) for institutional and corporate donors, negotiating and communicating with Plan’s National offices for grants administration, leading the grants reporting process for the awarded projects for Plan Bangladesh ensuring quality of the reports submitted.  Your frequent activities will also include representing Plan Bangladesh in different forums and hosting visits of potential donors.
For this role you should have a Masters degree preferably in English/Development Studies/Social Sciences, strong computer literacy and at least 5 years experience in resource mobilization in different development organization(s). You need be familiar with the requirements of large and institutional donors and able to comply with those requirements with demonstrated track records on the same. Excellent communications, negotiation skills and ability to produce quality reports are essential requirements. This position requires field visits. You must be an excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure.
This is a contractual position to fill in temporary vacancy in the country office.
