Family Planning Association of Bangladesh (FPAB) 2 Naya Paltan, Dhaka-1000 www.fpab.org VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Request for Expression of Interest The Unite for Body Rights (UBR) Progamme is supported by Dutch SRHR Alliance (Rutgers WPF, Simavi) along with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Netherlands, Dhaka. The alliance is working with partner organizations in Asia and Africa. UBR program aims at empowering adolescent girls and boys, particularly through sexuality education, provision of youth friendly services and creating an enabling environment. The programme is focused on 12 Upazilla. SCOPE AND PURPOSE The Mid Term Evaluation (MTE) will only include qualitative data collection to generate overall programme wide progress and process, based on Upazilla specific examples. The quantitative part will be similar to the baseline and repeated in 2015, at the end of the UBR programme.  SELECTION CRITERIA The Consultant will have a solid track record on the criteria below, with examples of evidence for each: General criteria: Thematic expertise in at least one of the following: gender, SRHR, Young people’s issues. Expertise on civil society capacity building will be an added advantage! Expertise in evaluating Health Education & Health services (clinic & community based) especially on Sexual and Reproductive Health issues. Experience in qualitative methods and analysis and participatory research. Track record in writing concise, high quality and accessible evaluation reports in English. Evidence of client responsiveness, creativity and flexibility of approaches towards clients’ needs and/or challenges in research implementation.
