Manage, lead and help team members to achieve sales target Visiting sites and make a clear understanding of client's requirement Follow up visit with client as a regular basis Generate new Market and make effective sales Searching for new clients and exploring business potential of both in new and existing clients Monitoring, Coordinating and supervising the whole job in every level of activity. Identify key customers and extend personalized service to them Educational Requirements: A post-graduate/graduate (Major in Marketing) ONLY from IBA/DU/NSU/AIUB. Masters in Computer Science with MBA will get added advantage. Job Requirements Age 32 to 35 year(s). Minimum 6-7 years experience in sales of job portal business. Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership position. Should be smart, dynamic, hardworking, self-motivated and capable to achieve target. Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and team leading skills. Aggressive with winning attitude. Willing to work under pressure. Must have valid motor-cycle license. Job Location: Dhaka.
