To support its continuous business growth, BRAC Bank is currently looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for its Special Assets Management Division: Recovery Executive (Job Grade : HR Contractual) Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recover default loans from delinquent customer Ensure court attendance as and when required Follow up with the default customers in the field level Maintain the documentation of all litigated borrowers Communicate & coordinate with the lawyers & concern customers Meet up the assigned responsibilities of all legal affairs of the loan Communicate with felonious borrowers, family members & guarantors and confirm the payment Identify problems regarding collection and find out the ways to solve by consulting with concern supervisor Maintain relationship with the local influential and administrative persons & others for the acquiring of defaults loans of all the related policies and regulations of Bank/Central Bank KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATION Education: Bachelors Degree in any discipline from reputed educational institution Age:  Maximum 30 years (can be relaxed for experienced candidates) OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Able to work under intense workload Good communication & negotiation skills Able to ride motor cycle will be an added advantage SALARY & BENEFITS Consolidated monthly salary TK.7,000/- Mobile bill facility as per the existing policy of the Bank Highly attractive & incremental sales commission based on performance High opportunity for performers to join as full time employee of the Bank If you believe that you are the right person we are looking for, please send your Résumé with a recent passport size photograph to Head of Human Resources, BRAC Bank Limited, 1 Gulshan Avenue, Gulshan- 1, and Dhaka - 1212.  You may also email your Résumé at: hr@bracbank.com Application Deadline: May 23, 2013
